The operating hours of our drivers out on the road are slightly different so we can meet the demands of our customers. We understand your business may operate outside of regular hours and we always do our best to accommodate out-of-hours bookings.

Yes! After we’ve collected your waste materials, our drivers will provide you with all the required legal paperwork free of charge.

Once you’ve been booked in for a collection with Oil Recoveries, we typically advise a waiting period of 8 working days before we arrive to collect your waste materials. However, we are currently in the process of expanding our ever-growing fleet of specialist HGVs and aim to reduce this timeframe to 3 working days over time. On the day of your collection, our driver will call you 1 hour prior to arrival to give you plenty of notice.
