You've probably heard about the services we offer here at Oil Recoveries, including our specialties such as waste oil, oil filter and waste fuel collections. But how does the process of a waste collection actually work? It's more simple than you think!
Once your collection date has been scheduled and booked in with our expert Customer Support team, your designated driver will call you 1 hour prior to arriving at your place of business to let you know they're on the way and when to expect them.
After they arrive on-site, the equipment set-up begins! This can take anywhere up to 15 minutes while the driver sets up the hose and suction equipment attached to their HGV. Wherever your waste oil is stored, they'll manoeuvre their vehicle to park next to the storage tank and once their equipment is set up, your waste oil is ready to be collected.
Depending on the quantity of waste oil you need collecting, the driver can be on-site for 30 minutes to 1 hour, but they work efficiently to ensure zero disruption to the normal running of your business. Besides seeing our driver arriving to greet you, you may not even notice we're there while the collection is in progress - with your waste materials collected before you even know it!
After the collection is complete, the driver brings you all the required paperwork to sign and lets you decide how you'd prefer to pay. The documentation we provide is a vital part of the Oil Recoveries process, verifying the oil collection is legally compliant and meets all the required environmental standards.
We're proud to have thousands of happy customers throughout the UK and we provide regular and repeat services to businesses large and small. We operate across a range of industries, including automotive, marine, aviation, rail and bulk haulage and our dedicated office team is on-hand to assist with your questions, price quotes or booking requests.
