Do you enjoy picking up the phone, finding opportunities, winning new business and earning commission for your achievement?
Oil Recoveries is an established business operating in the waste oil and environmental services industry, providing waste oil removal, recycling, waste disposal and environmental compliance solutions to businesses across the UK.
This is outbound B2B telesales, with a very clear goal:
- Find the opportunity. Book the collection. Win the customer.
- You’ll be calling businesses across the UK that produce used oil, speaking to decision makers and identifying when their next collection is required.
- Businesses have responsibilities around the storage and disposal of used oil, giving us a genuine reason to start the conversation.
- Your job is to understand how they’re currently managing their used oil, identify the opportunity and book the collection.
You’ll be:
- Making outbound B2B calls into the automotive industry
- Finding and qualifying new opportunities
- Speaking with business owners and decision makers
- Identifying when collections are required
- Overcoming objections and winning new customers
- Booking collections and following up opportunities
- Keeping the CRM up to date
- Working towards clear activity and sales targets

Class 1 Tanker Driver:
Role Details: Collections of waste and products using general purpose tanks, vacuum tanks and curtain sided trailers
ADR (Tanks and Packages) licence essential
- Full time – permanent (Monthly pay on the 28th)
- Based out of Skelmersdale / Birmingham / Stoke and Billingham
- Overtime available
- Experience of tankers preferred but training provided
- Some nights out required
Essential Qualifications / Licence
- Full Clean HGV / LGV Driving Licence
- Driver CPC Qualification
- Drivers Digi Tacho Card
- ADR is essential
Oil Recoveries will be able to offer you the opportunity to develop within the waste management sector, relevant training will be provided and full PPE, company uniform will be issued
Experience:
• Driving Class 1: 1 year (required)
Further Ideal Experience:
• Excellent UK geographical knowledge is required
• Candidates will need to demonstrate initiative, self-motivation and a high degree of good customer service, along with enthusiasm and a flexibility to work in all areas of the country

ADR (Tanks and Packages) licence desirable but not essential, as training will be provided

- Based out of Ellesmere Port / Skelmersdale / Birmingham / Billingham
- Nights out advantageous
- Generous bonus system in place
- Experience of multi pick up work is preferred
