At Oil Recoveries we’re committed to sustainability and actively contributing to the circular economy. Our latest report compiled by the 2030 Hub highlights the impact of our waste recovery efforts and the carbon savings achieved.
Between the 1 September 2023 and the 31 August 2024 we collected 10,052,870 litres of used lubricant for re-refining, resulting in avoided carbon emissions of 27,185 tonnes. This is equivalent to:
🌳 168 acres of forest
🚗 101,372 car miles
👣 6,041 average adult carbon footprints
